Patricia Fox-McDonald - President

PFM Headshot_edited_edited.jpg

Patti grew up in Atlantic City, NJ, where her lifelong passion for athletics began. A multisport athlete, she immersed herself in a wide range of programs, drawn not only to the thrill of competition but also to the teamwork, camaraderie, and resilience that sports demand.

Her professional path in sports and entertainment event management eventually led her to Greg—an encounter that shaped the course of her life. When the two started a family, Patti embraced what would become her most fulfilling role: being a stay-at-home mother. For the past 15 years, she has devoted herself wholeheartedly to raising Madeline and Callum. The reasons she cherishes this chapter are endless, but above all, it allowed her to be fully present—never missing a moment, providing steady love and structure, and walking beside her children through every step of their growth. From first words to first steps, each milestone has been a profound gift.

One of the greatest blessings of those years was sharing quiet morning coffees and evening conversations with Greg—everyday rituals that became the heartbeat of their home. Though her heart now aches with his absence, Patti holds deep gratitude for the countless moments they were fortunate enough to share.

In 2010, Patti founded the Linda M. Fox Scholarship Fund—in honor of her mother—and has taken great joy in awarding an annual scholarship to a deserving student at Our Lady Star of the Sea School in Atlantic City. Now in its 15th year, the opportunity to uplift others continues to be one of her most meaningful pursuits.

Today, as Co-Founder of the Greg McDonald Foundation, Patti is dedicated to carrying forward Greg’s spirit, passion, and leadership. Through youth hockey initiatives, scholarships, leadership programs, and community service, she honors a man who was truly extraordinary. Greg was a legend—and legends never die. His legacy endures in Patti’s heart, in the eyes and souls of their children, Madeline and Callum, and in the transformative work of the Greg McDonald Foundation.

Carrie Casey - Vice President

Carrie served as Co-Team Manager in the Princeton Junior Tigers Hockey Association and as a Committee Chair for the Greg McDonald Memorial Pond Hockey Tournament held every December since 2023.  Her love for youth sports, her family and her insatiable desire to keep the leadership legacy of her dear friend at the forefront drive her forward.

A former Division I Athlete at Lafayette College, Carrie has always had a deep love and appreciation for youth sports.  She has enjoyed giving back over the years supporting student-athletes both at Lafayette College and in her local community.  A former Youth Lacrosse Coach and parent of two young athletes, she spends a considerable amount of time in the stands or on the sidelines of sporting events.  In fact, the youth sports sidelines are where Carrie and Greg first connected.  Initially, it was over the joy of watching their young sons, but over the years their connection became much more rooted in Leadership.  Often exchanging thoughts on leadership philosophies, their sideline and fire pit chats quickly turned to the latest leadership read.  Those philosophies were applied on the field, on the ice and in the office for both Carrie and Greg.  Carrie currently serves as Vice President, Development Operations - Biopharma Strategic Partnerships at Thermo Fisher Scientific.
